Campaigns
You can group you orders (including Custom Suppression orders) into campaigns and suppress the whole campaign from your future searches instead of suppressing orders within the campaign one by one. When you add an order to a campaign, you can select a previously created campaign or create a new one on the fly.
When creating a new campaign, you can make it available only to you, or share with all the users in your company. Sharing a campaign means that all the users in your company will be able to add orders to the campaign and use the campaign for suppression.
A campaign can contain orders placed on different lists; however, when you suppress a campaign from a search, only orders placed on the same list as the search are suppressed, and Custom Suppression orders within a campaign must be suppressed separately.
1 On the Options tab, do one of the following:
• If you want to add a regular order, click Previous Orders.
• If you want to add a Custom Suppression order, click Uploaded Suppressions.
2 In the Order # column, click the number of the order you want to add to the campaign.
Only completed/processed orders and orders on hold can be added to campaigns.
3 In the View/Edit Campaign section at the bottom of the page, specify the campaign to which you want to add the order.
• To add your order to a previously created campaign, select Existing Campaign and then select a campaign in the list. The list contain campaigns created by you or shared by members of your company.
• To create a new campaign and add your order to it, select New Campaign and enter a unique name for your campaign in the text box. Then select if you want the new campaign to be available only to you or shared with all the users in your company.
If you are sharing the new campaign, its name must be unique not only across campaigns available to you, but also across all campaigns created by users in your company.
As soon as the new campaign is saved, you cannot edit or delete it.
4 Click Save.
1 Start an order, go through the order placing procedure, and review your order on the Order Summary page.
