InfoBase ListDirect solution is a WEB-based self-service data query and selection platform designed to meet the list fulfillment needs of data-brokers, resellers, agencies, corporate marketing departments, and marketers of all sizes. It provides you with immediate online access to high-quality marketing data and the broadest feature set so you can accurately select targeted marketing leads and fulfill customized mailing or telemarketing lists.
In plain words, InfoBase ListDirect is a tool that allows searching huge compiled databases, or "lists", for consumer and business marketing leads by means of various selections (geographic, demographic, business, behavioral, and so on). You can enhance the retrieved data in a number of ways, make grounded decisions on which records you want to buy, and build a customized marketing list, which will be provided to you in the format and layout that best suit your needs.
With InfoBase ListDirect solution you can:
• Define geography of your search with multiple selections including radius (or neighborhood) search, drive time radius, and many more.
• Narrow your search with a widest range of additional selections (consumer, business, demographic, and so on).
• Upload your search criteria in bulk.
• Eliminate unwanted records by suppressing previous searches, orders, or your own suppression files.
• Combine searches and eliminate duplicate records.
• Break down your search by various criteria.
• Intelligently cut back records in a search.
• Append various data to your order file and adjust its layout.
• Apply postal presort and walk sequence to qualify for USPS bulk mail discounts.
• Keep track of your searches and orders, share them with other users, rerun orders, group your searches into categories, and combine your orders into campaigns.
• Use time-saving features, for example, create a list of favorite selections, copy information from previous orders when you place an order, and so on.
• Take advantage of various data analytic services enabling users to get a critical insight of their current customers, their target audience and order data more intelligently.
There are two versions of InfoBase ListDirect: Storefront and Professional. The version availability depend on the system settings.
• Storefront
is also known as the Co-Pilot version or
the Basic version. It is optimized to guide you step by step through the
process of creating and running a search, and placing an order. What should I do now? and What should I do next? sections
provide you with instructions for each screen. The search and order process
is easy and straightforward; however, this version lacks some of the advanced
features that allow running complex searches and provide flexibility.
To access the Storefront version, either select Storefront
option during logging in, or if you have already logged in to the Professional
interface, on the Options tab
click CoPilot
Version.
• Professional
is also known as the Fly Solo version or the Advanced version. It provides
increased functionality, more processing options, and the ability to jump
around the application to whatever page you wish to access.
To access the Professional version, either select Professional
option during logging in, or click the Fly
Solo Version tab after you have logged in to the Storefront interface.
InfoBase ListDirect does not require downloading an application software to your machine, and all updates are done on the server. All you need is your web browser and your registration information, and you are on your way to searching for information from gigabytes of data residing in databases.
