Rerun Order
Should you notice a mistake after you have placed an order, for example, you forgot to include crucial information, like phone number, in the order output, or entered incorrect data, you can rerun this order at a reduced price in comparison with placing a new order. When you rerun an order,you must not use the data from the original order.
If the list was updated after the original order was placed, you cannot rerun this order. It is only possible to rerun the corresponding search and place a new order on its basis.
If a coupon was used during the original order, the discount obtained is no longer available for the rerun order.
To rerun your order follow the steps:
1 On the Options tab, click Rerun Order.
2 Read and accept the Rerun Agreement.
3 (Optional) Use the keyword search to find your order if necessary. In the Field and Operator lists, select the filtering criteria, and in the Keyword text box, enter one of the following:
• Full order ID or list name if you selected the = operator
• Partial order ID or list name if you selected the LIKE operator
Click Find.
4 Click Rerun Order in the corresponding column.
5 Enter the reason for rerunning the order.
6 On the Order Summary page, view rerun charges and make the necessary changes.
To edit information on the page, click Change in the corresponding section.
7 Accept the license agreement.
8 If all information is correct, click the link in the lower-right corner of the page to start the order processing.
