Additional Selections Overview

Contents Hide

All selections (business, demographic and so on) except for the geographical ones, are considered additional. Unlike Geographical selections used to define WHERE you are searching for leads, additional selections are used to define WHO you are searching for. Use additional selections to define the target audience and narrow down you search by demographic and business information, such as age range, income range, marital status, company sales volume, number of employees and so on.

Additional selections are applied to all the records in the search. It is not possible to specify different additional selections for separate geographical locations.

Usually, additional selections options are grouped according to OR logic. However, in some cases it is possible to change the default logic. For more information, see Use AND/OR Logic with Additional Selections.

Additional Selections in InfoBase ListDirect Interface

Additional selection is the most versatile group of selections, which can be displayed differently in InfoBase ListDirect interface. Additional selections tab can have different names depending on the list.

If there are a lot of additional selections available for the list, they can be grouped as buttons on the Additional Selections tab.

If there are 15 and more additional selections available for the list, you can filter additional selections by their names. To find a selection, in the Quick Filter field enter full or partial selection name.

There are two ways you can specify additional selections:

         One by one

         Several at a time

Both ways produce the same results. Use the one you find more convenient.
