About This Help
This help system is aimed at either beginners or experienced users of the InfoBase ListDirect Professional Version. System administrator's features are not included in this help.
This help provides overview of the main InfoBase ListDirect features and detailed instructions on how to use them.
The information in this help is presented in the following sections:
Getting Started contains information about registration and logging in.
Search contains detailed information about searching for the prospective customers by geographic, demographic, and business search criteria.
Advanced Search Features describes advanced user features for combining searches, removing unwanted records, and specifying search criteria using queries.
Count Reports describes types of reports you can request to break down and summarize your search results to help you make decision on the records you want to order.
Order describes the order placement and additional services available during this process.
Advanced Order Features describes features aimed at optimizing the ordering process.
Data Analytics contains information about using the data analytic services to analyze your customers and get the high quality data on the new customers.
Account Information and Default Settings contains information about editing your account and default settings.
Previous Activity contains information about viewing your search and order history, sharing searches and orders, and provides instructions on rerunning your orders.
