Count Reports Overview

Contents Hide

After you have run a search, you can generate count reports and break down your search results by various criteria.

Reports can help you make grounded decisions about which records from your search you want to order, and then cut back records that come from each section of the report (for example, from each ZIP code, location, radius band, and so on, depending on the selected report).

To order records from a report, you must request the report before placing the order and get it generated. For more information, see Specifying Records Quantity.

The following reports are available.

Reports are permission based. The availability of reports also depends on the list, features, and selections used during the search.

Having ordered a report, you receive it in the e-mail in the specified format (Excel or HTML document). Additionally, you can view it in the Previous Searches list.
